Bravo Terms of Use

The agreement between you and Idion for the Bravo app.

Last updated September 5, 2026

Licence and scope

These Terms of Use are the end-user licence agreement between you and Idion for the Bravo app. By downloading or using Bravo, you accept them.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Bravo for your own family's use. If you obtained Bravo from the Apple App Store, this licence is limited to use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, and is subject to the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including any permitted family sharing. If you obtained Bravo from Google Play, the equivalent Google Play terms apply.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute Bravo, or copy, modify, decompile, or reverse engineer it except to the extent that applicable law expressly permits. Our Acceptable Use Policy describes further behaviour that is not allowed.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live in order to accept these terms. If you are using Bravo on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for them.

The account holder is the adult

Bravo is set up and paid for by a parent or guardian. **The account holder is the adult**, and the adult accepts these terms on behalf of the child who uses the app. An account is required before any practice is saved: there is no guest or anonymous mode.

Bravo has no arithmetic parental gate, deliberately — in an app that teaches column addition through long division, a two-digit sum stops the parent and not the child. What sits in front of the actions that matter is re-authentication: starting a subscription, accepting a retention offer, restoring purchases, and deleting the account each ask the parent to sign in again with the method their account already uses. For a purchase, the App Store independently requires Face ID, Touch ID, or the account password at the payment step.

Accounts

An account is required to use Bravo. You are responsible for keeping access to it secure, and for what happens under it, including what a child does on a device that is already signed in. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access.

We may suspend or close an account that is being used in breach of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You can delete your own account at any time, as described on our Account Deletion page.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Bravo lawfully and as intended. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not allowed, and it forms part of these terms.

Feedback

If you send us suggestions about Bravo, we may use them without obligation to you. This does not affect your rights in anything else you create.

Subscriptions

Bravo offers an optional paid subscription, bought by the parent. **The free part of the app stays free**: the first levels after placement, and every free level below them, can be replayed as often as a child likes, with the full guided walkthrough, with no daily limit and no time limit. A subscription unlocks the remaining levels, unlimited sessions, every child profile in the family, and full progress history.

Prices, billing periods, and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy, and payment is taken by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms.

**Subscriptions renew automatically** at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel at any time in your device's subscription settings, and cancelling stops the next renewal rather than ending the period you have already paid for. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy, except where the law where you live gives you a further right of withdrawal.

If you start to cancel

If you start to cancel, we may show you a single discounted offer once. You can decline it and continue to the store's own cancellation page directly. We do not show it more than once, we do not show it to people who are already on the discounted plan, and we do not interrupt or intercept the store's own cancellation flow.

Intellectual property

Bravo, including its software, design, and content, belongs to Idion and its licensors, and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you a licence to use it, not any ownership of it.

If a third party claims that Bravo infringes their intellectual property rights, we, not Apple or Google, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and discharging that claim.

Availability

We aim to keep Bravo available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Access may be limited by maintenance, by problems outside our control, or by your own device or connection.

Changes to the service

We may change, add, or remove features as Bravo develops. Where a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you in advance.

Third-party terms

You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo, or designated by the United States government as a terrorist-supporting country, and that you are not on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Bravo. Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Use and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.

Termination

You may stop using Bravo at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the app. Terms that by their nature should survive termination do so.

Disclaimers

Bravo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is a practice tool, not a school, a tutor, or an assessment of a child's ability. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Idion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Bravo. Our total liability for any claim relating to Bravo is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Resolving a dispute

If something goes wrong, contact us first at [email protected]. Most problems are resolved that way and it is faster for both of us.

If we cannot resolve it informally, the courts identified below have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.

Governing law

Bravo is operated by Idion, based in Spain. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, and the courts of Spain have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you have where you live.

Export compliance

You may not use or export Bravo except as permitted by the laws of Spain, the European Union, and the United States, and by the laws of the place where it was obtained.

App Store and Google Play terms

If you downloaded Bravo from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the following also applies. These terms are an agreement between you and Idion only, not with Apple or Google, and Apple and Google are not responsible for Bravo or its content.

Apple and Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for Bravo. In the event Bravo fails to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may refund the purchase price, if any, but that is their only warranty obligation, and any other claims, losses, or damages are our sole responsibility, not theirs.

Apple and Google are not responsible for addressing any claims relating to Bravo, including product liability claims, claims that Bravo fails to meet applicable legal or regulatory requirements, or claims under consumer protection law. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce them against you.

Maintenance and support for Bravo is our sole responsibility. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide it, and questions should be sent to the support address below.
